Building a Class A Championship Ski Trail...
25 men, 3 months, and 300 pounds of dynamite......
it was perhaps the mighty winter of 2001 when bryan and i met the mighty thunderbolt trail on mt greylock.
we snowshoed up and snowboarded down.
met some really interesting people on the way too. everyone from back-country telemarkers to a band of snowmobilers who only made part of the journey up.
two years to train for the 75th anniversary race. mark your calendars.

This made me realize that it has been exactly 20 years since I was on skis...so 2 years might not be enough time to train! Just logged on to let you know that I'm enjoying cocoa w/mallows in your snowman mug whilst the wind whips, a diapered boy naps, and a diaper-less (!) boy "rests." Really enjoyed hanging with you, Waylon, and the littlest angel the other day! Hugs for all. Steph
